3M™ VHB™ LSE-110WF Acrylic Foam Tape is a premium 1.1 mm (45 mil) white double-sided acrylic foam tape engineered specifically for low surface energy (LSE) plastics. It features a soft, conformable closed-cell acrylic foam core, modified acrylic adhesive, and a 3M™ branded red polyethylene (PE) release liner. Unlike conventional acrylic foam tapes, LSE-110WF is designed to bond polypropylene (PP), thermoplastic olefins (TPO), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), HDPE, PA (Nylon), and many composite materials without primer in many applications, while also providing excellent adhesion to metals, glass, and painted surfaces. Installation Guide

  1. Clean bonding surfaces to remove oil, dust and contaminants.
  2. In many LSE applications, primer is not required.
  3. Apply the tape using firm, even pressure.
  4. Avoid repositioning after initial contact.
  5. Approximately 50% bond strength develops after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours, and 100% after 72 hours at room temperature.
  6. For critical applications, perform production validation tests before mass manufacturing.
