3M VHB 5962P is a 1.6 mm thick black acrylic foam tape designed for high-strength structural bonding and gap-filling applications. It provides excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, and painted or powder-coated surfaces. The paper liner enhances dimensional stability, making it ideal for die-cutting and automated processing. This tape offers immediate handling strength with no curing time and can replace traditional fastening methods such as screws, rivets, and welding.
