3M VHB GPH-110GF Acrylic Foam Tape Strong Bonding Double Sided Foam Tape for Metal Plastic and High Temperature Assembly

3M™ VHB™ GPH-110GF is a gray, double-sided acrylic foam tape with a thickness of 1.1 mm (43 mil). It belongs to the General Purpose High Temperature (GPH) series and is specifically designed for applications requiring excellent heat resistance and strong permanent adhesion.

Features:

• Fast and easy-to-use permanent bonding method provides high strength and long-term durability.

• Excellent high temperature resistance (short term 450˚F) allows for bonding prior to powder coat or liquid painting processes.

• Can replace mechanical fasteners (rivets, welding, screws) or liquid adhesives in appropriate applications.

• Gray, 0.045 in (1.1 mil), acrylic adhesive with a conformable, acrylic foam core.

• Pressure sensitive adhesive bonds on contact to provide immediate handling strength.
