Installation Guide
- Clean all bonding surfaces using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or an approved cleaner.
- Ensure the surfaces are dry and free from oil, wax, dust, and contaminants.
- Apply the tape using firm, even pressure.
- Avoid repositioning after initial contact.
- Allow 24–72 hours at room temperature for the adhesive to achieve maximum bond strength.
- Conduct adhesion testing before production, especially on low-surface-energy plastics.
Storage
Store the tape in its original unopened packaging.
Recommended storage conditions:
- Temperature: 16°C–27°C (60°F–80°F)
- Relative Humidity: 40–60% RH
