Installation Guide
- Clean all bonding surfaces with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or an approved automotive cleaner.
- Ensure surfaces are dry and free of oil, dust, wax, and contaminants.
- Apply the tape with firm, uniform pressure across the entire bonding area.
- Do not reposition the tape after initial contact.
- Allow 24–72 hours at room temperature for the adhesive to achieve maximum bond strength.
- For low-energy plastics, evaluate the use of an appropriate adhesion promoter.
Storage
Store the tape in its original unopened packaging.
Recommended storage conditions:
- Temperature: 4°C–38°C
- Relative Humidity: 0–95% RH (optimum 23°C / 50% RH)
- Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
- Store rolls horizontally.
- Follow the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory principle.
- Shelf life: 24 months under recommended storage conditions.
