Graphite sheet is a high-performance thermal interface material made of natural or synthetic graphite. Thanks to graphite’s excellent in-plane thermal conductivity and flexibility, it is widely used for efficient heat spreading and dissipation in compact electronic devices. Graphite sheets are lightweight, thin, and can conform to uneven surfaces, making them ideal for applications where space is limited but high heat conduction is required. They are often laminated, die-cut, or combined with adhesives to suit specific designs.
Features:
Lightweight and ultra-thin, ideal for slim devices.
Excellent flexibility and conformability.
Resistant to high temperatures and chemical corrosion.
Electrically conductive (unless treated).
Ultra-high thermal conductivity (up to 5000 W/m·K).
Applications:
Heat dissipation and heat spreading in smartphones, tablets, and laptops, Thermal management of LED modules and backlight units, Battery packs, power electronics, and automotive electronics, High-frequency and high-power equipment requiring rapid heat transfer, Shielding and heat management in communication equipment.

Storage
It is recommended to store in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent damage to the packaging, and to avoid storing with volatile solvents. Store at 25±5°C and humidity at 50±5%.
