Silicone Foam Tape

Silicone foam tape is a high-performance, closed-cell or open-cell foam material coated with a high-temperature resistant silicone adhesive on one or both sides. It is designed to provide excellent sealing, cushioning, vibration damping, and insulation in harsh environments.

Features:

  • High Temperature Resistance: Performs reliably from -55°C to +230°C, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
  • Excellent Compression Set Resistance: Retains shape and sealing ability even after long-term compression.
  • Weather and UV Resistant: Ideal for outdoor use; resists aging, ozone, and moisture.
  • Good Electrical Insulation: Provides dielectric protection in electronic assemblies and battery packs.
  • Soft and Conformable: Easily adapts to irregular surfaces, ensuring tight seals and vibration absorption.
  • Flame Retardant: Meets UL94 V-0 standard (available for selected grades).
  • Strong Adhesion: Silicone adhesive ensures stable bonding to metals, plastics, and painted surfaces, even under high heat.
