3M 9731-100 – Double Coated Tape

3M 9731-100 Double Coated Tape is a high-performance double-sided tape featuring a PET (polyester) carrier with two different adhesive systems: Silicone adhesive (one side) 3M 350 acrylic adhesive (other side). This unique structure allows it to effectively bond silicone materials to other substrates, which is typically difficult for standard tapes. It is especially designed for silicone rubber, silicone foam, and gasket applications.

Features:

  • Silicone + acrylic dual adhesive system (very rare & specialized).

  • Excellent bonding to silicone rubber and foam.

  • Good adhesion to LSE materials and metals.

  • High temperature and chemical resistance.

  • Thin PET carrier (approx. 0.10 mm) for stability.
