3M 9495LE Double Sided Tape for Low Surface Energy Materials Strong Adhesion for Plastics Powder Coating and Industrial Use

3M 9495LE Double Coated Tape is a high-performance double-sided adhesive tape featuring a polyester (PET) film carrier combined with 3M’s advanced 300LSE acrylic adhesive. It is specifically designed for bonding low surface energy (LSE) materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and powder-coated surfaces, where conventional tapes often fail.

Features:

  • Excellent adhesion to LSE plastics (PE, PP, powder coating).

  • 300LSE adhesive system for difficult-to-bond surfaces.

  • High initial tack + increasing bond strength over time.

  • PET carrier for dimensional stability.

  • Good resistance to heat, humidity, and chemicals.

  • Single liner design for easy die-cutting.

Applications:

Plastic bonding (PE, PP, ABS, powder-coated metals), Foam lamination and gasket attachment, Nameplate, logo, and badge mounting, Electronics assembly (battery, display, camera module), Automotive interior parts bonding.
