3M Adhesion Promoter K500NT for Plastics & Metals | Low Odor Surface Primer for Tape Bonding

3M Adhesion Promoter K500NT is a liquid surface primer designed to improve the adhesion of 3M acrylic foam and acrylic plus tapes on polyolefin-based materials such as PP, TPO, and EPDM. It is specifically developed for automotive applications, especially for exterior trim attachment, where strong bonding and durability are critical. Compared to traditional versions, K500NT features a reduced hazardous air pollutant (HAPs) formulation, making it more environmentally compliant.
