Benefits
Automotive OEM Quality
Designed specifically for permanent bonding of automotive exterior and interior trim while meeting demanding OEM performance standards.
Maximum Gap Filling
The 2.0 mm acrylic foam core easily accommodates large surface irregularities and assembly tolerances, ensuring a uniform and reliable bond.
Excellent Stress Relaxation
The viscoelastic foam absorbs vibration, impact, and thermal movement between different substrates, reducing stress on bonded joints.
High Bond Strength
Provides strong initial tack and develops exceptional long-term adhesion to painted metals, aluminum, glass, and engineering plastics.
Long-Term Outdoor Durability
Offers outstanding resistance to UV radiation, weathering, moisture, automotive fluids, solvents, and temperature cycling.
Improved Manufacturing Efficiency
Replaces screws, rivets, clips, and liquid adhesives while reducing vehicle weight and improving assembly appearance.
