3M 8934 – Filament Tape

3M 8934 Filament Tape is a general-purpose, fiberglass-reinforced strapping tape designed for bundling, reinforcing, and palletizing applications. It features a polypropylene (PP) backing reinforced with glass yarn filaments and coated with a synthetic rubber adhesive, providing strong holding power and high tensile strength for industrial packaging tasks.

Features:

  • High tensile strength (~100 lb/in width) for secure bundling.

  • Glass fiber reinforcement for added durability and tear resistance.

  • Good adhesion to fiberboard, plastics, and metals.

  • Synthetic rubber adhesive for strong initial tack.
