PET Release Film

PET release film is a high-performance polyester (PET) film coated with a specially formulated release layer on one or both sides. It is designed to act as a carrier and protective layer for pressure-sensitive adhesives, tapes, labels, and other materials that require easy release without residue. Thanks to its excellent dimensional stability, smooth surface, and heat resistance, PET release film is ideal for high-precision converting and lamination processes in electronics, medical, and industrial applications..

Features:

  • Excellent release properties for easy separation.

  • High tensile strength and dimensional stability.

  • Smooth, defect-free surface with good optical clarity.

  • Resistant to heat, moisture, and chemicals.

  • Available in single-sided or double-sided release coatings, matte or gloss finishes.

Applications:

Carrier and release liner for adhesive tapes, labels, and films, Protective layer in lamination and die-cutting processes, Backing film for electronic components, optical films, and medical materials, Release liner for industrial double-sided or transfer adhesives, Applications requiring clean, reliable release in high-temperature or high-humidity environments.
