NMN Composite Paper

NMN composite paper is a flexible electrical insulation material made of Nomex aramid paper / PET film / Nomex aramid paper. This triple-layer laminate combines the high thermal resistance and dielectric strength of aramid paper with the mechanical durability of polyester film, making it an ideal solution for high-performance insulation systems.

Features:

• Thermal Class H (up to 180°C–220°C): Excellent long-term heat resistance for motors, transformers, and high-voltage equipment.
• Superior Dielectric Performance: The PET film core ensures strong insulation while the Nomex layers provide arc resistance and thermal protection.
• Mechanical Strength & Flexibility: Maintains shape and integrity during slot insertion, winding, or die-cutting operations.
• Moisture & Chemical Resistance: Resists degradation in humid or chemically active environments.
• Good Processability: Ideal for slitting, die-cutting, forming, or lamination into multilayer insulation structures.

Applications:
