Highland Barley Paper is a type of pure cellulose-based insulating paper made from high-quality wood pulp or plant fibers. Known for its excellent mechanical strength, good dielectric performance, and cost-effectiveness, it is widely used in low- and medium-voltage electrical insulation systems such as motors, transformers, and lighting ballasts.
