Pure Teflon Tape

Pure Teflon Tape, also known as PTFE film tape, is made from 100% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) without any reinforcing fabric. It features a smooth, non-stick surface, excellent chemical resistance, and outstanding thermal stability, making it ideal for high-demand applications requiring ultra-clean, non-contaminating, and inert materials.

Features:

  • Made of pure PTFE film, no fiberglass reinforcement.
  • Withstands continuous temperatures up to 260°C (500°F).
  • Ultra-smooth, low-friction surface with excellent release properties.
  • Outstanding chemical resistance to acids, bases, and solvents.
  • Excellent electrical insulation and dielectric strength.
  • Available with silicone or acrylic adhesive for clean bonding.
  • Non-toxic, flame-retardant, and suitable for cleanroom environments.

Applications:

Heat sealing and heat pressing in packaging and textile industries, Electrical insulation in high-temperature and high-frequency applications, EMI shielding and wire wrapping in aerospace and defense electronics, Release liner in laminating, composite molding, and hot pressing, Battery pack insulation in EV and energy storage systems, Food-grade or medical non-stick lining, when FDA-compliant versions are required.

Storage
It is recommended to store in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent damage to the packaging, and to avoid keeping it with volatile solvents. The storage temperature is 0-40°C and the humidity is <80%. To maintain optimal performance, this product should be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
