PET High Temperature Tape

PET High Temperature Tape is made from durable polyester (PET) film coated with a high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive, typically silicone or acrylic. It is engineered to withstand elevated temperatures while providing excellent adhesion, dimensional stability, and clean removal, making it ideal for various electronic, electrical, and industrial masking applications.

Features:

Withstands temperatures up to 180°C (acrylic) or 220–260°C (silicone).
Excellent adhesion to metal, glass, plastic, and PCB substrates.
Leaves no adhesive residue after removal.
High tensile strength and chemical resistance.
Suitable for die-cutting, slitting, and automated application.
Available in various widths, lengths, and thicknesses.

Storage
It is recommended to store in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent damage to the packaging, and to avoid keeping it with volatile solvents. The storage temperature is 0-40°C and the humidity is <80%. To maintain optimal performance, this product should be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
