PI Overlay Film

PI overlay film is a covering film made of PI film as the base material, coated with epoxy glue, and covered with release liner. It has the characteristics of halogen-free flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, low smoke and low toxicity, good insulation, environmental friendliness, and mechanical properties.

Features:

Excellent thermal resistance (up to 280°C).
Superior electrical insulation properties.
High mechanical strength and flexibility.
Chemically resistant and flame retardant.
Compatible with various adhesive systems.
Low outgassing, ideal for cleanroom applications.

Storage
It is recommended to store in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent damage to the packaging, and to avoid keeping it with volatile solvents. The storage temperature is 0-40°C and the humidity is <80%. To maintain optimal performance, this product should be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
