Acryilic Glass Cloth Tape

Acrylic Glass Cloth Tape is a high-performance adhesive tape composed of woven glass fiber cloth coated with a thermally stable acrylic adhesive. It combines excellent mechanical strength, flame resistance, and electrical insulation with strong bonding performance, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, electrical, and insulation applications.

Features:

  • Withstands continuous temperatures up to 120°C–155°C, depending on application.
  • High adhesion to metal, plastic, and insulation materials.
  • Reinforced glass cloth backing for enhanced tear resistance and dimensional stability.
  • Excellent dielectric strength and insulation reliability.
  • Good resistance to moisture, abrasion, and aging.
  • Clean removal with minimal residue.
  • Customizable for die-cut parts, rolls, or laminated structures.

Applications:

Motor and transformer insulation wrapping, Splicing and coil bundling in electrical manufacturing, Wire harness protection in automotive and industrial equipment, Battery pack and module insulation in EV and ESS systems, Masking for powder coating or thermal spraying where mid-range heat resistance is required.
