Ceramic Silicone Tape

Ceramic Silicone Tape is a high-performance insulating tape made of woven ceramic fibers coated with silicone adhesive. It offers excellent thermal resistance, electrical insulation, and durability under extreme conditions. Withstanding continuous temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) and short-term peaks up to 1000°C (1832°F), this tape is widely used for high-temperature insulation, thermal protection, and electrical applications.

Features:

  • High heat resistance with stable performance.
  • Strong electrical insulation properties.
  • Excellent flexibility and conformability.
  • Resistant to abrasion, chemicals, and aging.
  • Easy to apply and remove without leaving residues.
  • Certified UL94 VTM-0, ensuring excellent fire resistance and preventing flame propagation.

Applications:

Electrical insulation for high-temperature environments, Wrapping and protecting cables, wires, and hoses, Thermal insulation for furnaces, engines, and exhaust systems, Industrial equipment sealing and high-heat gasketing.
