Flame Retardant Acetate Cloth Tape

Flame Retardant Acetate Cloth Tape is a soft, flexible electrical insulation tape made from acetate fabric and coated with a flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive (usually rubber or acrylic-based). It offers excellent conformability, electrical insulation, and fire resistance, making it ideal for use in wire harnessing, coil wrapping, and electronics assembly, especially in confined or vibration-sensitive environments.

Features:

  • Flame retardant and UL 510 compliant (on request).
  • Excellent flexibility and conformability around curves and tight spaces.
  • Good electrical insulation and dielectric strength.
  • Low noise and abrasion resistance—ideal for wire harnesses.
  • Heat resistance typically up to 105°C–130°C depending on adhesive.
  • Available in multiple colors, widths, and die-cut formats.

Storage
It is recommended to store in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent damage to the packaging, and to avoid keeping it with volatile solvents. The storage temperature is 0-40°C and the humidity is <80%. To maintain optimal performance, this product should be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
