Flame Retardant PET Double Sided Tape

Flame-retardant double-sided adhesive tape is made of cotton paper, coated with high performance flame-retardant acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides, and composite release paper. It offers strong adhesion, high-temperature resistance, and reliable flame-retardant performance, making it ideal for use in electronics, automotive, and industrial applications where fire safety standards are required. The tape is typically protected by a release liner for easy handling and die-cutting.

Features:

  • Flame-retardant adhesive (acrylic or synthetic rubber, depending on grade).
  • Excellent flame retardancy, UL 94 VTM-0 compliant (depending on type).
  • High initial tack and long-term bonding strength.
  • Good temperature resistance and dimensional stability.
  • Easy die-cutting and processing.
  • Available in various thicknesses and liner options.

Applications:

Fixing and bonding of electronic components requiring flame retardancy, Insulation and assembly in electrical and electronic devices, Automotive interior and cable harness flame-retardant protection, Industrial bonding where fire safety compliance is critical, Lamination of flame-retardant materials in appliances and equipment.
