Silicone Primer-P-NP-956

Silicone Primer-P-NP-956, can significantly improve the adhesion of tapes to silicone substrates, such as silicone foams, silicone intersecting surfaces, and more. Moisture curing reacts and bonds on the surface of the substrate and pressure-sensitive adhesive, thereby improving the temperature and moisture resistance of the bond.

Resin mixture.
Colorless – milky translucent liquid.
10±1%.
10-50cps.

Applications:

Improves adhesion of silicone sealants, adhesives, or gaskets to substrates such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Enhances bonding strength with plastics like PC, ABS, PET, and Nylon, which are normally difficult to bond directly with silicone. Commonly used in glass curtain wall sealing, glass electronic components, and structural applications to prevent delamination.
