Tapes Procurement Manager
Familiar with double-sided tape, foam tape, conductive/thermal conductive tape, protective film and other products and their supply markets.

Mainly responsible for the company's procurement strategy, supplier management and cost control of tape raw materials, finished products or related die-cutting consumables, ensuring stable, timely and efficient operation of the supply chain.

What you will do?
● Formulate procurement strategies for tape raw materials (such as PET film, foam, release paper, adhesive, etc.) and finished products.
● Develop procurement plans based on production plans and sales forecasts to ensure timely supply.
● Find, evaluate and develop high-quality suppliers (especially material suppliers with die-cutting adaptability requirements).
● Establish long-term cooperative relationships with existing suppliers and conduct regular performance evaluations (delivery time, quality, price, service, etc.).
● Lead the negotiation of procurement contracts, payment terms, delivery cycles and other conditions.
● Monitor material market price fluctuations and conduct cost analysis. Optimize procurement costs, improve procurement efficiency, and reduce overall material costs.
● Promote the development of alternative materials to reduce costs and improve performance.
● Work closely with production, engineering, quality control, sales and other departments to ensure that material selection and procurement meet actual application needs.
● Support material evaluation, sampling and procurement support during new product development.
● Use ERP system to manage procurement processes (order placement, receipt, reconciliation, etc.).
● Ensure compliance and transparency of procurement processes and establish a complete material procurement file.
What you will need?
● Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain management, material science or engineering is preferred.
● More than 3 years of experience in purchasing industrial tapes, die-cutting materials or related industries.
● Familiar with double-sided tapes, foam tapes, conductive/thermal conductive tapes, protective films and other products and their supply markets.
● Excellent negotiation, communication and supply chain analysis skills.
● Familiar with ERP systems, and those with Chinese and English business communication skills are preferred.
