Tapes Internship Positions
Basic understanding of die-cutting, flexible material conversion, etc. is a plus.
Description
The position mainly combines the responsibilities of sales and customer service, which requires not only promoting the sales of tape products, but also maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Location: China, Shenzhen - Headquarter Yousan
Level: Internships
Function: Tape Sales / Customer Service
Limited Contract: limited to max. 6 months
Working Hours: Full-time
What you will do
● Find potential customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and make regular return visits.
● Develop quotation plans, process sales orders, and track contract execution.
● Complete sales targets and tasks assigned by the company.
● Receive and enter customer orders, coordinate production and delivery, and ensure on-time delivery.
● Answer customer inquiries, handle complaints, returns and exchanges, and improve customer satisfaction.
● Communicate with the technical team to assist customers in solving technical problems encountered in the use of tapes.
What you will need
● Familiar with tape products and application industry knowledge
● Strong communication skills, affinity, strong service awareness
● Experience in using ERP and CRM systems is preferred
● Basic understanding of die-cutting processing, flexible material conversion, etc. is a plus
● Fluent in English and Chinese
