Internship Developer - Industrial Tapes
Assist in developing new tape products including double-sided, foam, PET, and functional tapes.

This internship provides hands-on experience in formulation, lab testing, process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration—ideal for students passionate about materials science and product innovation.

Limited Contract: limited to max. 1 year
Working Hours: Full-time
What you will do?
● Assist in developing new tape products including double-sided, foam, PET, and functional tapes.
● Support lab experiments such as adhesion testing, aging simulation, peel/shear strength evaluation.
● Collect, document, and analyze test data to evaluate performance characteristics.
● Research market benchmarks and material trends in adhesive tapes and die-cutting applications.
● Participate in pilot production trials and support scale-up processes.
● Collaborate with production, QA, and procurement teams to understand materials and processes.
● Prepare technical reports and internal presentations.
What you will need?
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
● Strong interest in adhesive tape materials, pressure-sensitive adhesives, or flexible converting.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Detail-oriented and capable of basic lab work and data analysis.
● Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of lab instruments (e.g., tensile tester, DSC, TGA) is a plus.
● English reading ability preferred for technical documentation.
