3M Adhesion Promoter V700 is a liquid surface primer designed to improve the adhesion of acrylic foam tapes on medium surface energy (MSE) plastics, particularly PVC substrates. It is widely used in automotive exterior trim applications, where reliable and durable bonding between plastic components and acrylic foam tape is required. Unlike adhesion promoters designed for low surface energy (LSE) plastics such as PP or TPO, V700 is specifically optimized for PVC, PMMA, and ABS materials, ensuring consistent and strong bonding performance.
