Installation Guide
- Clean bonding surfaces using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or an approved cleaner.
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, or wax.
- Apply the tape with firm, even pressure across the bonding area.
- Avoid repositioning after initial contact.
- Allow 24–72 hours at room temperature to achieve maximum bond strength.
- Verify adhesion before mass production, particularly on low-surface-energy plastics.
Storage
Store the tape in its original unopened packaging.
Recommended conditions:
- Temperature: 16–27°C (60–80°F)
- Relative Humidity: 40–60% RH
