High Temperature PET Double-Sided Tape

High temperature PET double-sided tape is a high-temperature tape made of high-performance PET film as the base material, coated with silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive and compounded with fluorine film on both sides. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, no warping, acid and alkali resistance and no residual glue.

Features:

Withstands temperatures up to 150–180°C (acrylic) or up to 220°C (silicone).
Strong double-sided adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, and foam.
Excellent dimensional stability and shear strength under heat.
Clean removal without residue or surface damage.
Resistant to moisture, solvents, and aging.
Available in various thicknesses, widths, and die-cut formats.

Applications:

Bonding of battery cells and module components in EV & BESS packs, Mounting of sensors, nameplates, insulation sheets, Fixing and laminating flexible circuits (FPCs), Assembly of touch panels, LCD modules, and displays, Die-cut parts for thermal pad positioning and permanent bonding.

It is recommended to store in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight, to prevent damage to the packaging, and to avoid keeping it with volatile solvents. The storage temperature is 0-40°C and the humidity is <80%. To maintain optimal performance, this product should be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
